Intensive In-Home Counseling

Target population:  Youth ages 8 to 17

Intensive In-home services are provided primarily in the home to stabilize families in crisis.

Services include:
Intensive individual and family counseling
Primary and secondary counselors assigned
24 hour crisis intervention with primary counselor
Cases monitored by licensed therapist
DSM-IV diagnosis will be determined
Psychological evaluation (as necessary)
Individualized treatment plan
Family stabilization
Case management 

Length of service:
Individual service plan must demonstrate a need for a minimum of 5 hours per week of services not to exceed 26 weeks per year.
